About RPAC

The Rochester Performance & Arts Center (RPAC) is located in the heart of downtown Rochester, New Hampshire. Opened in 2017, and just around the block from the historic Rochester Opera House, RPAC is an intimate venue offering affordable entertainment, educational programming, and event spaces for private parties and community gatherings. RPAC combines a versatile recital hall with 150 seats, rehearsal and practice studios, costume and scenic workshops, and a premier art gallery for emerging and seasoned artists alike. RPAC offers a wide variety of affordable lessons and classes based in art, dance, music, theatre, and more. RPAC is a subsidiary of the historic Rochester Opera House, a nonprofit organization.

Our 6th annual outdoor music festival takes place on Sunday, September 24th from 12-5PM. Featuring all local bands, we fill downtown Rochester with great music and entertainment. An all access wristband will get you discounts at local businesses, as well as entrance to our After Party. All proceeds benefit our Scholarship Program.

Theatre Camps are open to any student interested in performing arts – regardless of age or experience! This program hosts daily lessons in acting, music, and dance, taught by professional artists. Cast sizes are kept small to ensure one-on-one focus.

We offer quality classes, lessons, and activities in an environment dedicated to excellence in the arts. Students of all ages, levels, and backgrounds can immerse themselves in private and group instruction for voice, guitar, bass, drums, piano, and more.

These performances put youth & teens, aged 8-17, in rehearsals and preparation for a live musical & theatre production experience on the ROH and RPAC stages. Celebrating the diversity & inclusion of our theater program, youth performers and professional instructors join together to create an incredible show!
