Welcome to the Rochester Opera House! We are delighted that you have chosen us as the recipient of your trust in the power of performance. It is our hope that you will find a home in our house. We strive to offer a program that provides experiences for all members of our community, regardless of age, income, or experience.
With generous support from the City of Rochester, the State of New Hampshire, many community minded sponsors and countless volunteers, the 117 year-old opera house boldly continues its mission of presenting and producing world class concerts, theatre and community events for the whole family.
Our expanded season now includes six professional mainstage musicals, national tours, regional comedy, dance, and civic events as well a flat-floor dance and cabaret series. Rochester Opera House continues to grow its educational program by offering more opportunities for area youth and teens. It is my abiding vision for a more diverse and inclusive environment where we can foster the dreams of our students and imaginations of our patrons.
Together, we can ensure a bright future for this important cultural arts venue, as we continue to work on restoration and theater improvements. We need your support!
